This session, led by Sherman Aronson, is an introduction to green building principles and practices for residential renovation projects. Sherman will provide an overview of the array of green building guideline and certification programs, from Energy Star and LEED to WELL and Net Zero. The goal of this presentation is to become familiar with ways to take care of the environment as you develop real estate.
