Jumpstart graduate & borrower Jean S. Codio will give a presentation on the fundamentals of managing rental properties, including tenant communication, rent collection, maintenance, documentation, compliance, and the systems landlords should have in place as they grow.
He’ll also show how technology can help streamline those processes, using Oakwood as a real-world example and demonstrating how it can be used to manage many of these functions in one platform.
The goal is to provide practical, actionable information that landlords can implement regardless of what software they use, while giving attendees a look at Oakwood as one potential solution.
