Director of Leasing

Philly Office Retail – Northwest Philadelphia

Philly Office Retail is a mission-driven commercial real estate development company based in Northwest Philadelphia. With more than 300 units across nearly 100 properties, our diverse tenant base includes commercial businesses, retailers, restaurants, nonprofits, medical offices, and residential.

We are seeking a full-time Director of Leasing  to oversee all leasing activities across our mixed use portfolio of office, retail, and multifamily properties. This role is critical in increasing occupancy, nurturing tenant relationships, and ensuring the overall leasing process—from inquiry to executed lease—is efficient, professional, and aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market available spaces through listing platforms, signage, networking, and digital campaigns.

  • Develop and execute leasing strategies informed by local market conditions.

  • Conduct tours for prospective tenants, highlighting building features, amenities, and community benefits.

  • Maintain updated leasing materials, documentation, and marketing materials.

  • Serve as the primary leasing contact for existing tenants and implement retention strategies to reduce tenant turnover.

  • Manage the end-to-end leasing workflow, including inquiries, applications, screening, and lease negotiations and execution.

  • Monitor office and retail market trends; advise management on pricing, concessions, and incentives.

  • Prepare and present monthly leasing reports and portfolio updates.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of commercial and residential leasing experience.

  • Strong knowledge of the Philadelphia commercial real estate market.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills.
